Job Description:
Position: Senior Analyst, Finance (San Diego, CA) Multiple Openings Duties: Compile consolidated financial packages, including
financial results and related storylines, metrics and dashboards. Conduct
the firm's internal reporting, and assemble the monthly finance Flash
report and internal and external metrics. Prepare financial and
non-financial surveys, as well as prepare earnings release materials, including
Adjusted EBITDA, Adjusted Earnings, and Adjusted EPS. Compile presentation
materials for the Board of Directors and Compensation Committee and assemble both
the annual budget and the five year plan. Take complex factors and create
concise and decision-supporting analysis. Assist in the monthly forecasting
process and conduct ad-hoc reporting and presentations to the Management
Committee. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration and 2 years of
experience in financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for
public companies. Also requires demonstrated expertise (DE): analyzing reporting
trends and extrapolating data to make annual forecasts to predict budgets;
DE performing monthly and weekly reporting to forecast trends; DE
performing cash-flow analysis including performing asset-value analysis,
net-present value (NPV), and internal rate of return (IRR) to assist in
deal structures; DE interacting with business partners and all levels
of management to achieve business goals; DE presenting forecasts
and budget results to senior management and business analysts, and advising
on financial performance; and DE implementing new financial
systems, assessing need, and communicating with developers to test systems and
