Typical job duties include:
? Maintain company inventory, including system and operational
? Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations.
? Coordinate and resolve various bank issues such as credit card
batch settlements, bank fee anomalies and pending transactions.
? Process monthly commission statements.
? Monthly depreciation and amortization schedules and entries.
? Conducts complex, special accounting projects as required.
? Participate in month-end close process.
? Document policies, procedures and work flow for assigned areas of
Successful candidates will have 3-5 years in the accounting
industry, ability to work independently, and proficient use of
accounting software such as: QuickBooks, SAP, Timberline, Mas90,
