Treasury Management Services (TMS) is responsible for the sales
and support of treasury management products. This position will
encompass various aspects of Treasury Management Services (TMS)
including but not limited to support, implementation, training,
documentation, and ongoing servicing of the bank's TMS clients. The
individual will interact with internal bank departments and
external clients. This individual will be expected to provide
superior client service and professional assistance to our clients,
prospective clients & associates.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
--- Become a product expert for all TMS products and services with
the ability to act as a resource for all internal bank business
areas and external clients.
--- Implements Treasury Management product and service requests,
including input and callback for various systems.
--- Participate or lead client training sessions for implemented
products and services.
--- Support incoming client and bank personnel inquiries in a
timely and accurate manner including receive, research, and resolve
client issues related to TMS products and services inclusive of
Consumer and Business Online Banking.
--- Monitors and manages multiple email inboxes and request
databases for incoming requests and communications.
--- Responds to client inquiries and problems using internal and
external resources to find solutions; follows up with clients,
ensuring their needs and expectations have been met and optimal
satisfaction has been achieved. Offers solutions to help clients
become more efficient.
--- Obtains required approval for treasury products/services
involving credit exposure.
--- Develop strong understanding of internal bank core and

--- Trains less experienced staff and provides suggestions for
process improvements to management.
--- Keep Management informed of any potential loss or fraud

Education/ Licenses/ Work Experience
--- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial services including
1-3 years in a cash management role or related area.
--- Experience in client services or product support is
--- Knowledge of electronic banking services and cash management
products is preferred.
--- General knowledge of Federal and State banking regulations
pertaining to Online Banking and ACH Operations.
--- Strong analytical and organizational skills as well as close
attention to detail.
--- Excellent ability to explain processes clearly and

concerns and needs.
--- Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, to
all levels of responsibility.
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
--- Education Level - High School Diploma or equivalent.
Undergraduate degree preferred.
