• Employee Assistance ProgramJob DetailsPosition Overview: The CFO will manage the accounting, budgeting, controls, and finances of the organization. As a member of the executive management team, the CFO will be involved with the development of organizational policies and programs.Day to Day Responsibilities:
  • Oversees company financial management, including oversight of accounting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Oversees fixed assets and maintains records
  • Formulates and recommends objectives, plans, schedules, policies, procedures and budgets for overall agency administrative and program operations
  • Establishes policies and procedures regarding computer hardware maintenance, acquisition and usage. Sets standards and ensures consistency for hardware and software usage in the agency
  • Prepares or coordinates reports to regulatory and other governmental agencies
  • Creates and oversees business management and growth strategies for the agency
  • Oversees and establishes Fiscal policies, procedures and personnel
  • Prepares monthly financial reports and annual budgets
  • Prepares schedules and information for annual audited financial reports and tax return
  • Performs other projects and duties as directed by the CEO and Board of DirectorsRequired Qualifications:
    • Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
    • Non-Profit Financial Leadership Experience
    • Experience managing accounting or finance teams
    • Financial Reporting Experience
    • Fixed Asset AccountingPreferred Qualifications:
