Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing and Posting Resolution
Advocate responsible for managing claims production, billing,
collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee claims production and ensure accurate and timely billing
and collections
Provide operational oversight and mentorship to the Billing
Coordinator
Monitor revenue cycle indicators and implement corrective action
plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED equivalent
3 years of previous hospital billing experience
Experience with Medicare billing and knowledge of insurance
regulations
Understanding of procedure and diagnosis coding, as well as
automated insurance billing
Associates or Bachelor's Degree is preferred
