Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Reporting and Technical
Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical accounting subject matter expert, providing
guidance on complex transactions
Prepare accounting memos and partner with various departments to
ensure compliance with SEC reporting requirements
Monitor new accounting pronouncements and lead implementation
efforts
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of related work experience in industry and/or
Big 4 accounting firm
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Active CPA certification
Experience with Oracle ERP, Workiva, and Equity Edge Online
Ability to travel 10% for in-office meetings and conferences
