Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Collector.
Key Responsibilities
Call consumers to secure payments on past due accounts
Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and
federal collections laws
Maintain a detail-oriented approach in all tasks
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or equivalent
2 years of previous collections experience, preferably in credit
card collections
Access to high-speed internet
Knowledge of FDCPA preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and remain in a stationary
position 95% of the time
