Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance who will oversee
financial planning and analysis to support strategic business
decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop annual operating budgets and prepare forecasts, including
monthly and yearly projections
Administer management variance analysis reports and provide
dashboard and board reporting packages
Support M&A activities, including due diligence, financial
modeling, and cashflow forecasting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
10 years of financial analysis experience, with 3-5 years in
financial leadership roles
5 years of experience leading a team in accounting and finance
Experience in a PE-backed environment and in software or
technology-focused businesses
Strong executive presence and ability to interface with senior
leadership and investors
