Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist Tier
III.
Key Responsibilities
Handle complex billing inquiries and escalations through various
communication channels
Complete billing activities including audit refunds, collections,
and daily batch error resolution
Assist in the training and onboarding of new hires while
maintaining knowledge of billing policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or college
coursework preferred
2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Collections, or
Banking
2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced
environment
1+ years of familiarity with internal system standards and
processes
Proficiency in G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, and Payment Processing
Systems
