Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA,
CIMA, or ACCA preferred Minimum 5 years of finance/accounting
experience 2-3 years' experience in Big Four accounting firms is a
plus Strong analytical and data skills; experience managing budgets
and forecasts Demonstrated success driving process improvements and
automation Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication
