Competitive Compensation: Up to $145,000 base salary (DOE) Bonus Opportunities 401(k) with Generous 4% Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Employee Ownership: Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid Time Off: 10 Days PTO 9 Paid Holidays Monday to Friday schedule (in office) In-Person Culture: Strong team collaboration and leadership presence on-site Job Details Responsibilities: Lead and manage AP, AR, and Payroll teams Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and WIP reports Oversee cash management and financial analysis Ensure GAAP, prevailing wage, certified payroll, and union reporting compliance Maintain internal financial controls Manage payroll tax filings, W-2s, 1099s Liaise with external auditors, unions, insurance, and banking partners Utilize ERP/accounting software for reporting and controls Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred) 5 years of experience accounting leadership (construction industry preferred) Experience in financial reporting, GAAP compliance, and cash flow management Familiarity with Certified Payroll and Union Reporting Proficiency with ERP/Accounting systems and Microsoft Office Interested in hearing more?
