Job Description:
Applicants must have current authorization to work in the United
States on a full-time basis. The Forecast Analyst is responsible
for a range of activities in support of the quarterly asset value
reforecast process. Reporting to the Manager, Forecasting &
Analysis, the Analyst will be responsible for updating critical
databases and reporting tools, supporting audit requirements,
monitoring asset performance trends and statistical model
projections, and providing support for executive management
communications. The Analyst is expected to demonstrate excellent
problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good ambiguity
tolerance and a collaborative work ethic. RESPONSIBILITIES Execute
the quarterly asset valuation reforecast process, including
reporting and analysis of results, with support of management team.
Update established forecasting databases / reporting while
developing new enhancements to support evolution of data and
reporting. Monitor portfolio performance trends, statistical model
projections, and short / long term forecast expectations and
communicate findings / insights to forecasting and valuation
audiences. Provide support in preparing presentations for executive
management, including established and ad hoc reporting / analysis,
and presenting results. Perform other duties, as assigned. MINIMUM
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Bachelors FIELD OF STUDY: Economics,
Finance or other quantitative field EXPERIENCE: 1 - 2 years of
experience in an analytical / quantitative role, or equivalent
education KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:
Skilled in MS Office, specifically MS Excel Skilled in designing
and running queries in SQL, Python or other programming language
Ability to communicate effectively with team members and deliver
results on time Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to
detail, good ambiguity tolerance and a collaborative work ethic.

Salary: $82,500.00 - $107,199.00 (Amount based on office location,
