Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a bilingual-- Office Coordinator for a large company in Chula Vista.As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for answering phones, organizing company appreciation events,ordering office supplies, calling out maintenance issues to approved vendors and a host of other job responsibilities.--Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones and greet incoming guests and vendors
  • Order office supplies and handle facility maintenance--issues
  • Organize and--set up company appreciation events and decorate for celebrations
  • Assist employees with ADP self service portalJob Requirements:
    • 2+ years experience in an office support role
    • Must have the ability to work in a fast paced office environment
    • Take initiative and think on your feet
    • Computer proficient in MS Word and Excel
