SUMMARY of Duties
The Licensing Administrative Assistant will work with our Director of Organizational Services. In this role, you will be responsible for regulatory research, communicating with Government Agencies, processing Medicaid applications, processing Residency Agreements, completing Compliance Tracking & Monitoring, Assisting Communities with the Completion of State Assisted Living License Applications, communication with our Community owners/leadership. The Licensing Administrative Assistant will maintain a thorough knowledge of Integral Senior Living Property Management contracts and work with our Director of Organizational Services to keep the onboarding of new communities on track and within the proposed timelines.
