Job Description:

Reporting to the Sales Director, this candidate will function as an
Administrative Assistant performing daily office duties as well as
helping to foster our client relations. The ideal candidate will
blend well-developed organizational and communication skills to
complete assignments. Responsibilities: - Respond to e-mails and
verbal requests - Process price sheets, invoices, and purchase
orders - Organize and schedule appointments - Maintain contact
mailing lists - Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled
reports Experience and Qualifications: - 2+ years of college. -
Good communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel,
Powerpoint, and Outlook. - Proficient in using Mac computers. -
Fluency in Spanish would be helpful but not required. About Us: We
