Baysource Global is looking for a talented, highly motivated and energetic candidate with strong multitasking and interpersonal skills in a team oriented atmosphere.
The main role of this position is to answer & direct incoming calls, process payable invoices for received materials and various tracking functions within our company portal.

Essential Functions
Duties, which are primarily clerical in nature, include but are not limited to:

  • Direct customer calls to the most appropriate customer service representative.
  • Review invoices and enter them into our accounting program.
  • Receive materials in our portal and allocate them to specific jobs.
  • Track internal programs in Excel format.
  • Order office supplies as needed.
  • Direct or assist clients who come into our showroom.
  • Verify timecard entry

    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Good computer knowledge
    • Extreme attention to details
    • Time management
    • High school diploma or GED
      Preferred Experience
      • 1-2 years of phone experience in an office environment
      • Experience with Microsoft Office.
      • General knowledge of accounting functions.
        Experience in stone countertop manufacturing office environment is a plus.
        This job operates in a professional office environment. This is a full-time position, with regular work hours Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
        This position offers a competitive pay scale with commission opportunity and wide range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, company paid life insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid time off (vacation) and holidays.
        Job Type: Full-time
        Pay: $27.00 - $39.50 per hour
