About the JobThe Office Coordinator is an integral part of our
team. - - The individual in this role helps ensure office
operations run smoothly and requires an organized individual with
excellent interpersonal skills. The role offers a great place to

areas such as administrative project management, marketing/proposal
coordination, human resources, and accounting. - Office
Administration Responsibilities -
- Develop and maintain office budget and reporting with office
leadership
- Manage all courier/shipping and receiving duties including
managing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Cleaning and organizing kitchens, conference rooms and other
common areas on a daily basis
- Weekly stocking and organizing of office, kitchenette, and
cleaning supplies; manage supply inventory and ordering as
necessary
- Establish vendor agreements for office FFE and building
services
- Coordinate building maintenance activities - Submitting work
orders to the Property Manager
- Ensure third-party office, equipment and building service
vendors are performing as expected
- Answer the phone, direct calls, and answer client
inquiries
- Update and maintain phone and contact lists for the office
- Maintain files and records with an effective filing system

- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office,
including clients, vendors, potential candidates and employees
visiting from other offices
- Schedule travel arrangements for potential candidates and other
visitors as necessary
- Manage the schedule for conference and meeting rooms
- Assist the Office Manager with planning local office social
events, outings, and parties. -
- Encourage and maintain a welcoming, profession, and safe
working environment
- Support recruiting activities such as coordinating and
scheduling interviews, setting up career fairs and managing the
career fair supplies, at the direction of Talent Acquisition
- Assist in implementation of the co-op and internship
program
- Assisting in the executing the onboarding program and New Hire
Orientation, making sure it is executed effectively
- Direct employee payroll and benefits questions to appropriate
People & Management team member
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Evaluate and encourage employee satisfaction and
engagement
- Encourage and maintain a welcoming, professional, and safe
working environment.
- Assist Administrative Project Managers and Project Team with
misc. administrative tasks. People & Management Responsibilities
(HR)
- Support recruiting activities such as coordinating and
scheduling interviews, setting up career fairs and managing the
career fair supplies, at the direction of Talent Acquisition

misc. administrative tasks. - About You Successful -candidates at
Dennis Group are highly -organized, professional, self-motivated,
and energetic individuals with excellent communication and
inter-personal skills. - In addition, you have:
- A minimum of two (2) years of related experience
(preferred)
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office -
- An ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent
responsibilities
- A strong attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and anticipate the teams needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (oral and
written) Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a
computer.
- Must be able to lift-up to 15 pounds at times. About Us
