Job Description:

Assistant to join our team in our San Diego branch.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support
with the day-to-day administrative functions of the branch by
creating and maintaining records, compiling reports, gathering, and
processing data, scheduling and coordinating office functions
correlating to the established procedures and policies.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinates office activities and operations to secure efficiency
and compliance to company policies
Manages travel agendas by coordinating appointments, meetings, and
travel necessities for Branch Management
Assists with the answering of office phone calls and correspondence
(e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Provides supports with account collections, vendor set up, and
coding of invoices
Creates, maintains and updates branch records and financial
databases
Tracks and orders office supplies as needed
Submits timely reports and prepares presentations and proposals
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting
principles
Education and/or Experience
A minimum of 1+ years of proven experience as an office
administrator, office assistant or relevant role
High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree in Business
Administration or relevant field is preferred
High Volume environment
Experience with Microsoft software such as Word, and Excel
