Job Description:
Interested in putting your administrative support skills to
work? We're hiring immediately for our client in San Diego, where
you will get to do just that! This is an excellent opportunity to

career. As a Receptionist, you will:Work closely with the client's
staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Answer incoming
telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper location Take
accurate and complete messages Greet and announce visitors in a
friendly and business-like manor Retrieve, compile and distribute
requested records and information Organize various copy rooms,
including stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper and other
assigned duties Be responsible for document control and records
management. Other duties as assigned Perks:Weekly pay starting at
$16-18/hour, depending on experience Monday - Friday: 8am - 1pm

Requirements:Must have a minimum of 1-year professional level work
experience. Previous experience in a client service-oriented field
preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Attention to detail
Working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office
