Vector Solutions is seeking a Product Marketing Manager who will be responsible for creating, implementing and advancing our go-to-market strategy and marketing programs to create awareness and drive pipeline growth for our Public Safety Key Accounts market.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop, execute, and manage a go-to-market strategy and marketing programs to heighten awareness and accelerate new business.Partner with product management and head of product marketing to develop and continually refine go-to-market programs based on market demands and product availability.Co-author the marketing requirements document (MRD) with product management. Develop communication plans to support the launch of new product releases. Create and maintain market profiles, buyer personas, product guides and sales battlecards. Understand and articulate our products' unique key differentiators and value props and effectively communicate how our products uniquely solve issues that our key markets and specific buyer personas are facing.Partner with demand generation to create and execute on an integrated marketing strategy to support pipeline creation and funnel progression. Work with content marketing to produce content in a variety of formats, including whitepapers, one pagers, brochures, videos, social media, website, blog, newsletters, special reports, and more.Collaborate with industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.Track, measure, and communicate go-to-market plans and results.Follow content marketing trends to implement innovative practices.Participate in win/loss interviews for insights to leverage in content development.Partner with product management on competitive analysis. Partner with Sales Training/Enablement to create market and product materials that will educate the sales team and accelerate their onboarding.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities..

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to optimize content for search engines and lead generationProject management skills and attention to detailHighly creative, process-driven, and strategic thinkerStrong business acumenHighly organizedFlexibleCollaborativeEmpathetic to a variety of sales resources (inside/field/channel) and what motivates themUnderstanding of: - Demand type and how it alters the general sales/marketing approach - Relative targeting - B2B buying process - Multi-touch program building - Public Safety B2B personas, and their needs/interaction preferences - Public Safety B2B market segments - Key Accounts/Named Accounts Sales methodology - Sales organization structure, including third-party channel routes to marketAbility to travel as needed, up to 25%EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCERequiredBA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication or related field, or an equivalent working experience5 or more years of experience in product marketingBachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
