Duties:

• 
  
• Manage the Client's Employment Brand on core recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed) includes posting content, monitoring sentiment, and engaging users.Monitor the client's rating and reputation in employee review platforms and help execute review campaigns.
  
• Work directly with corporate communications, talent acquisition, and product development team to develop and amplify meaningful content that engages prospective talent on relevant digital platforms and the client's social channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc).
  
• Help execute, test, and optimize paid media with media agencies and key stakeholders.
  
• Work closely with web and talent acquisition teams to deliver engaging, tech-forward experiences on the career site that convert traffic and drive high-quality leads/applicants.
  
• Optimizing job descriptions and contributing to global content strategy.
  
• Help manage creative projects for digital campaigns, career platforms, and recruiting asset refreshes.
  
• Support the client's tech reputation initiative event and tech community activations.
  
• Leverage data and insights to inform quick decisions and drive optimizations.
  
  Skills:
  
  • 
    
  • 3+ years experience in marketing strategy and digital marketing with core experience in social media management and content development. Experience with website strategy and execution is a plus.
    
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business. Proficiency in Google docs and building presentations.
    
  • Experience working with creative agencies and large consumer and/or tech brands.
    
  • Experience using social analytics tools and setting and achieving success metrics.
    
  • Naturally collaborative with the ability to work across different levels of seniority and business functions.
    
    
    Note: this role is located in San Diego or the Bay Area. However, it is currently remote until the client returns to a fully hybrid workplace model including work from home and a mix of office site meetings/events.
