Suffice to say, we love what we do!We're in search of both part time and full time Videographers and/or Photographers who are all-stars when it comes to shooting and editing. You will be representing Amari at events, so you'll be expected to be a steward of our brand while remaining professional, personable, and flexible. You can humbly take direction from your fellow team members to produce and edit top quality work, while also being able to take an idea and run with it. • A Professional: You hit all of your deadlines and leave no detail unattended. -RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Film or photograph in a myriad of indoor and outdoor settings, between 8-10 hours per event
  • Maintain quality and creativity of work, coupled with an easygoing, affable demeanor around couples, their guests, and other vendors, even in stressful or unexpected situations
  • Collaborate with our team to onboard edits, provide cuts for review at each required benchmark, and implement all pertinent editing notes and preferences
  • Source and cut appropriate music for each film based on clients' direction
  • Ensure you've received all notes and schedules needed for your assigned shoots and thoroughly review them ahead of time
  • Edit content for Instagram, YouTube, and other marketing channels as assignedSKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
    • 1-3 years experience filming and/or photographing with DSLRs; Canon preferred
    • Experience editing in Final Cut Pro X and/or Lightroom
    • For full-time positions: flexibility with work schedules; Work week is typically Tuesday-Saturday with at least one day spent filming offsite, but will vary depending on workflow and busy seasons
    • For part-time positions: weekend availability, as shoots are almost exclusively on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays
    • Reliable transportation for weddings all over Southern California
    • Ability to be on your feet for 8-10 hours at a time
    • Ability to maintain an availability calendar during weekends up to 12 months outCOMPENSATION
