most challenging global health issues. Duties and Responsibilities:
Partner with Area sales team and other cross-functional members to
prioritize the customer through segmentation, develop customer
focused marketing plans aligned to overall regional strategy, and
execute to achieve area specific goals and metrics. Develop Area
strategy in line with customer needs and gain alignment and support
from portfolio teams for Dispensing, Infusion, and Integrated
Solutions. Leverage commercial effectiveness best practices,
digital marketing tools, and omni-channel to accelerate growth in
top / focus accounts. Develop an evidence base, elevate
reason-to-belief, and create KOLs thought leadership for the area
in partnership with cross-functional teams to enhance customer
loyalty for growth and retention. Identify unmet needs and ladder
them up to the marketing organization to accelerate innovation and
portfolio pipeline. Instill marketing excellence as part of sales
process and develop best practices. Responsible for value creation
for the MMS portfolio of products, service and solutions that will
be incorporated into messaging, communication
(digital/non-digital), sales tools, etc., which will be utilized in
the omni-channel integrated marketing campaign. Collaborate with
customer engagement team, customers, and KOLs to strengthen the
value offer and partnership by developing programs (webinars,
symposiums, trade events, etc.) that support the integrated
marketing campaign. Conceptualize and champion future
cross-portfolio clinical and economic studies in partnership with
Medical Affairs and HEOR. Work closely with customers and sales
teams to identify and capture customer testimonials and develop
case studies that can be used for promotion. Contribute to the
implementation of innovative digital solutions that support value
offers and drive desired behaviors for target audience. Drive
current and future opportunities to enhance customer experience CX.
Investigate new solution opportunities and develop business cases
that clearly quantify the commercial potential, including market
potential, customer requirements, competitive assessment, pricing,
and costs. Define goals and metrics to track the elements of the
integrated marketing campaign impact and offer recommendations.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within
the team. Experience and Education: Bachelor's Degree in science or
related Senior or business. MBA or advanced degree a strong plus. 5
years of relevant marketing and/or commercial experience in life
sciences, or other healthcare Senior with a consistent track-record
of high performance and results. Prior experience of customer
facing role is a strong preference. Prior background and knowledge
of service and capital business within medical industry. Prior
experience in health economics and digital marketing will be a
strong plus Experience working cross-functionally and leading
within a matrix organization is preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities: Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to formulate
and implement bold marketing and product strategies, translate
strategy into tactical marketing plans, and deliver results. Solid
medical knowledge with the ability to engage in scientific
discussions with colleagues, customers. and KOLs. Creative
out-of-the-box mindset, intellectually curious, current on new
trends, and able to take calculated risks with new ideas.
Demonstrated ability to redirect a commercial strategy or deliver a
"turnaround" in business performance is strongly desired. Excellent
interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong
relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong
leadership presence with the ability to utilize organizational
channels, experience and influencing skills to effectively
negotiate and persuade others. Excellent organization skills and
the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing
priorities. Ability to routinely work on multiple tasks with
multiple people while effectively prioritizing. Excellent
presentation and communication skills for a wide variety of
audiences. Managerial courage to speak up when important
information or questions must be raised and acts when issues must
be addressed. Flexibility to travel globally to regions and
customer sites at least 25% of the time. Strong inclusive and
