We are seeking a talented, seasoned Marketing Analyst who has a track record of impressive data analysis with actionable insights in a B2B SaaS company. As a right-hand person to the VP of Marketing, the successful candidate will be an integral part of the Marketing Team helping to drive the IPS vision of bringing health and wellness to patients. The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for creating and analyzing marketing data sets to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making across multiple marketing channels and lines of business.
Main duties/Areas of Responsibility

  • Benchmarking, forecasting, and using data to evaluate marketing performance and success across multiple channels - digital marketing, email campaigns, webinars/podcasts, events, content marketing
  • Conceptualizing and building marketing dashboards and reporting to inform decision making
  • Identifying key trends within large data sets and presenting findings as actionable insights and recommendations
  • Understanding and properly utilizing the lead-funnel process across the entire customer journey
  • Tracking KPIs, measuring analytics and established success metrics for the marketing team, and building reports that provide data and insights into the decision making for all marketing efforts
  • Leverage marketing, customer, and audience segmentation data to drive improved decision making
  • Collaborating on cross-functional projects, creating ad hoc analyses, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Present key findings of reports, including actionable insights for key stakeholders, including customer profiling data to feed into marketing strategies
  • Track marketing budget expense, and report on month-end and quarterly expenses

      Technical/Specific experience
      • Track record of identifying growth opportunities for the business from data analysis
      • Previous experience with B2B SaaS, customer-driven organizations
      • Experience of analyzing complex data and large data volumes
      • Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principles
      • Experience with Salesforce required
      • Experience utilizing Pardot and HubSpot strongly preferred
      • Experience of analytical tools; including Google Analytics and Tableau
      • Solid knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools
        Requirements:
        • At least 5 years' experience in a marketing analytical role, preferably within a B2B SaaS company
        • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, statistics, data management, or business
