Job Description/Responsibilities:
Job is to work for the Budget Operations team within the Marketing Organization. This is a high visibility role directly supporting the teams within Marketing to help them track & manage their spend and budgetary needs. They will be the primary contact for any finance related inquiries the teams may have.
Responsibilities include creating, managing, and ensuring the accuracy of each teams monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial updates, budget analysis, and tracking.
Will work closely with each team to maintain a strong understanding of their budget, plan/forecast, & business need(s).
Clearly & concisely explain to each team their YTD spend, changes in budget, etc. on a monthly, as needed, basis.
Be the primary contact for any finance related inquiries
Assist teams with procurement requests, and as needed, any accrual inputs, reclasses & strategic/ad hoc analysis.
This is a high visibility role directly supporting the teams within Marketing to help them manage their complex budget needs.

3 per supplier
Comments for Suppliers:
Rounds of interviews: 2-3 rounds based on candidate quality
1. 1st Round will be Phone Screen
2. 2nd Round will be Onsite In-Person
3. If third round is needed details will follow
Work Location: Hybrid with flexibility- (Must be Local)
o 4 -Days in San Diego Office (Minimum Required for in-person meetings with teams)
o 1 day remote (optional based on preference)
Weekly Hours: M-F 30-40 per week w/ flexibility
