and experienced Sales/Marketing Director to join our team in the
Energy industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that
drive revenue growth and market share. This role requires a
strategic thinker with a strong understanding of how to identify
new business opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and
increase customer success. The Sales/Marketing Director will also
be responsible for managing the marketing budget, developing
compelling content, and leading the go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing
strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
- Lead go-to-market strategy, identifying key market
opportunities and defining the optimal marketing mix to reach
target customers.
- Develop and manage the brand strategy, ensuring a consistent
and impactful brand message.
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, tailored to
different channels and customer segments.
- Direct enterprise sales efforts, creating solutions that meet
customer needs and drive revenue growth.
- Lead generation efforts, using a variety of channels to attract
new customers and grow market share.
- Manage customer success, ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and
cross-selling.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of
resources and delivering a strong return on investment.
- Forge strategic partnerships that enhance the company's market
positioning and drive revenue growth.
- Leverage digital marketing strategies to reach a wider audience
and drive online engagement.
- Lead, manage, and inspire a team of sales and marketing
professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and
continuous learning.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related
field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales/marketing
leadership role, preferably in the Energy industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful
sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, brand
management, and content development.
- Experience in enterprise sales, with a proven track record of
meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience in lead generation and customer success
management.
- Strong budget management skills, with the ability to deliver a
strong return on investment.
- Experience in forging strategic partnerships that drive
business growth.
- Proficient in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of
how to leverage online channels to reach target customers.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to
inspire and lead a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of
audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify
new business opportunities and make informed decisions.
- High level of business acumen, with a strong understanding of
