Job Description:
A company is looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst to
support and enhance the growth of its Marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the implementation and management of the Marketing
tech stack, collaborating with Marketing and IT for platform
improvements
Analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights for
performance and strategic decision-making
Design and manage processes and initiatives to support the evolving
Marketing organization
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in data analytics and marketing
operations
Strong focus on platform implementation and process & data
architecture
Experience in technical project management with successful project
completion
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
High proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence
(BI) tools
