Knowledge of the property management or multifamily industry preferred Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Experience with the following software preferred: Microsoft Office Suite Google Product Suite (Analytics, AdWords, Search Console, etc.) Social Networks - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest WordPress and/or other content management systems Email marketing software (Mail Chimp, Constant Contact or the like) Yardi RentCafe, Voyager Plus, and Voyager Strong writing and proofing skills Experience developing and analyzing metrics Analytical - you love looking at data and analyzing it to make sure you're putting the optimal marketing out to our customers Digital - you are a digital thinker and are familiar with the current marketing landscape. Digital is second nature to you! Innovative - You think outside the box and find new ways to solve old problems. You look at new technologies and determine if they'd be a good fit for us - and if they are, how? Essential Duties: Working with the Regional Marketing Manager, manage the strategy, vendor selection, vendor management and analytics for PPC/SEM, geo-targeting and retargeting/display campaigns Manage the in-house Search Engine Optimization efforts, regularly monitoring the analytics and optimizing sites as needed Create and manage paid social media ads, primarily via Facebook and Instagram. Optimize ads, utilize A/B testing, set budgets, monitor performance and create reporting Manage ILS Vendors and feeds, working closely with the Fairfield Residential IT department to ensure feeds are running accordingly and working to troubleshoot when issues arise Manage the Google product suite, including AdWords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Business Listings (including claiming business listings) Work with 3rd party vendor to claim business listings from various directories including Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. Create and disperse reporting for each of the programs you are working on to proactively monitor ROI and KPIs Set clear, measurable goals and ensure advertising and social media activities deliver on expected goals (i.e. number of impressions, reach, engagement, number of clicks/CTR, etc.) Identify target market, create user personas and implement segmentation into ad campaigns Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Social Media Marketing Tools (Hootsuite, SoCi, etc.), Yardi Rent Caf and Voyager/Voyager Plus, Facebook Ad and Business Manager and more Troubleshoot website issues and work with IT and vendor to resolve Stay up-to-date on the latest trends, advancements and technology within the field of digital advertising and pursue opportunities as deemed appropriate (including things like Facebook Wi-Fi, Facebook apartment search feed, Beacon, texting/SMS, etc.) Other job duties may include: Assistance or backup with email marketing Experience in WordPress/CMS in order to manage the corporate website as a backup for web changes, blogs, etc. Create presentations on best practices Serve as the marketing department's subject matter expert and perform trainings for team members as needed Develop documentation, ticket templates, and other files to assist team members with performing tasks Completes company required training by established deadline. Complies with all Fairfield standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state and federal laws. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned.
