Job Description:
Develops, manages, and supports Content Management System (CMS)
framework, administration, and deployment requests. Performs setup and
maintain administration activities, including workflows, publishing
permissions, roles, templates, and components. Supports content
requirements, authoring, and publishing needs. Works with Software Development
teams to manage and design integrations with Java-based applications and
enterprise software (such as Salesforce, Zuora, and Eloqua),
LDAP/Authentication, global search capabilities, and localization. Manages AEM code
and configuration for component libraries, templates, and
administration. Works with internal teams to establish user and administrator
requirements and custom component technical specifications. Works with
Application Development, Infrastructure, and vendors to maintain site
integrity and triage priority issues. Creates ad hoc scripts for business and
CMS infrastructure needs. Provides architectural guidance and
support for site content and structure. Monitors CMS environmental performance
and supports and manages local development requirements. Supports versioning,
multi- site operations, add-ons, and users. Provides guidance to
internal teams regarding AEM system functionality. Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field (willing to accept foreign
education equivalent) plus 5 years of experience developing AEM, CQ5 or
other enterprise-level Java-based software. Or, alternatively, a
Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
(willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and 3 years of experience
developing AEM, CQ5 or other enterprise-level Java-based software.
Specific skills/other requirements – must also possess 3 years of
experience in each of the following skills: 1) Leveraging AEM/CMS feature sets,
including asset manager, site manager, localization and translation,
personalization, and user administration, dispatcher configurations and
forum-based content (AEM Communities) to develop web content management system based
on AEM; 2) Leveraging web, user interface, and application development
technologies, including Java, HTML5 and JavaScript to develop template and
components for AEM; and, 3) Leveraging Java Content Repositories (JCR), AEM
Sightly front- end templating, component framework, CRX Framework, and
architecture to build services and bundles to support the integration of AEM
with other applications (Salesforce, Eloqua, Java, or Angular- based
