Salary Range: $23.00 - $24.00 Hourly Position Type: Full Time Job
Shift: Day Description Position Overview Responsible for the
leasing, marketing and maintaining positive resident relations of
multi-family residential apartments. What We Offer Pay:
$23.00-$24.00 per hour Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week),
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM . Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision,

and 15 paid company holidays Key Responsibilities Greet prospects
and qualify by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize
completed guest cards, etc.). Immediately record all telephone and
in-person visits on appropriate reports. Files own guest cards and
maintain according to established procedures. Inspect models and
available "market ready
