About the Position:Buffini & Company is seeking growth-minded and business savvy individuals to join its accredited coaching team as a Buffini & Company Business Coach. The candidate will help clients implement a business plan based on the goals and vision our clients set for their future. The Business Coach will provide business expertise, accountability, consistency, motivation and demonstrate dedication to the client's success. The Business Coach will go through extensive training and education to master the coaching strategies and skills for advancement into a Certified Business Coach and manage a full database of clients. Job Purpose: Support the Coaching Dept. by conducting coaching calls for One2One Members when the assigned Business Coach is out of the office. Provide Complimentary Coaching sessions for potential One2One Members. May have an assigned database of One2One Members with the responsibility of coaching on an ongoing basis.
Job Summary: Primary responsibility is to support clients in maintaining a level of consistency in the coaching process which will enable them to implement the referral systems endorsed by Buffini and Company.
Duties: (Additional Duties May Be Added As Needed)

  • Conduct One2One coaching calls for Coaches who are out of the office.
  • Review previous coaching notes prior to the scheduled call to ensure consistency in their coaching experience.
  • Review previous action steps on calls and develop new action steps with clients.
  • Use Referral Maker CRM to track client progress during the call as necessary.
  • Follow all guidelines of documenting communication in Salesforce.
  • Capacity to carry a database of One2One Members and follow guidelines expected of a Business Coach.
  • Maintain a calendar that can accommodate 40-42 thirty minute calls per week.
  • Have a.m. and p.m. call back times scheduled and announced on daily voicemail
  • Provide complimentary business coaching calls for scheduled potential One2One Members
  • Support the departments' needs in a variety of tasks as directed by the Coaching Leadership Team.
  • Become proficient in Heritage
  • Create a professional coaching environment with client by withholding personal contact information from clients
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal growth and the company's Core Values
    Expectations:
    • During the Coach's introductory period, a new Business Coach will 1) attend an off-site Co-Active CTI Training class, 2) successfully complete New Business Coach Training and 3) pass the Buffini & Co. Business Coach Certification exam.
    • Maintain a professional relationship with Clients.
    • Must be well organized to accommodate daily updates to the calendar.
    • Expected to transition to a Full Time Business Coach role as the demand of the Coaching Dept. increases.
    • Strong organizational skills; including calendar management & time blocking.
    • Schedule morning and afternoon call back times; return calls and emails in a timely fashion.
    • Enthusiastic about learning and problem solving.
    • Track progress of activities & business goals of Client.
    • Attend Coach trainings, meetings and All Servant Leader meetings.
    • Have personalized business plan & goals in writing, co-created with your Performance Coach.
    • Be aware of current promotions, content & product updates.
    • Active participant in the Coaching Dept. by providing camaraderie &/or feedback on a variety of platforms including but not limited to: Dept. meetings, submitting Do It Better ideas, training participation etc.
      Qualifications:
      • Background in small business ownership, business or corporate management, psychology, teaching or training.
      • Highly skilled in verbal communication.
      • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, CRM or other database applications is mandatory.
      • Must have a pleasant, positive and professional telephone demeanor.
        Attending Events:
        • Part of the job responsibilities for this position may require the Servant Leader to attend and assist at Company events throughout the year. The position may require travel to locations within the United States or Canada, assisting and working under the direction of the Events Department. Working extended hours immediately prior to, during and after the days of an event and interacting with Company clients and event invitees. The Servant Leader is expected to represent the Company in a favorable light before, during and after each event.
          Education and/or Experience:
          • College degree or equivalent business experience.
          • 2+ years in management or leadership helpful.
          • Accredited Certified Coach is desirable.

            • Regularly required to sit and talk or hear while performing duties.
            • Frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
            • Occasionally required to stand for extended periods of time and/or walk in particular during and at events.
            • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
