The Department of Learning and Teaching's strong commitment to

Currently, 78% are students of color, 69% are women, and many are
the first in their families to pursue higher education. In
addition, global education plays a central role in the program.
Each cohort includes members residing outside of the United States,
and all students take a seminar on globalization and participate in
at least one global education experience before graduation. As a
fully online program focused on social justice, we welcome
applicants with experience in doctoral programs which can bring a
vision and commitment to continuous innovation, process

Department of Learning and Teaching at the University of San Diego
seeks qualified applicants for a -9-month, full-time, tenure track
faculty position at the rank of associate or full professor in our
Ph.D. in Education for Social Justice program to provide strategic
and innovative visioning and programmatic leadership to serve our
very diverse student population. If desired, grant opportunities,
teaching, or stipends can support work in the summer months. We
seek a dynamic and engaged scholar with a demonstrated commitment
to high-quality student-centered pedagogy and critical scholarship.
The candidate will collaborate with the Director of Online Programs
and faculty to support the emerging needs and trends of the Ph.D.
in Education for Social Justice program.Responsibilities: -
