Job Summary The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, modifying and evaluating electronic parts, components or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems. This position works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities * High quality custom solutions rapidly developed on schedule and according to customer expectations. * Execution of machine buyoffs that meet technical requirements and meet or exceed customer expectations * On-time to schedule and 90% on-time to customer request. * Technical escalation support for the Field Service organization including identification of replacement parts. * Plans and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria * Devises new approaches to solve problems encountered * Other duties may be assigned as required. Education and Experience Requirements * Requires a BS EE degree plus 4 - 7 years of experience or equivalent relevant experience. Preferred Skills and Abilities * Altium design experience * Project management; prioritization and organization of diverse tasks/projects * Hands-on cable build experience * Familiarity with Bills of Materials, Engineering Change Orders and other manufacturing processes * Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning system, Data Flo or SAP preferred Working Conditions and Physical Demands Office environment.
