Fluidra is seeking a Project Engineer - ESG to join our team at
our North American Headquarters in Carlsbad, CA.

WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is a key focus here at
Fluidra. The various teams consistently identify and develop ideas
around environmental improvements, sustainability, and recycling.
The primary responsibility of this Project Engineer will be to help
identify, organize implement, track and report on these
sustainability and environmental projects for the North American
company. Many of these projects pertain to our products and their
usage. This position will need to learn our industry, product lines
and how customers use our products to help identify and implement
the best solutions. This position will work closely with other
Engineers, Product Managers, Supply Chain and Facilities to
develop, implement and track results on these environmental and
sustainability focused projects. This position is responsible for
driving idea generation activities, tracking ideas through
implementation, driving solutions and reporting on project and
aggregate company results. This is a high visibility,
cross-functional role requiring someone who can clearly
communicate, help formulate company goals and drive execution to
achieve those goals.
WHAT WE SEEK
Drive ideation, definition, development and tracking of
environmental and sustainability focused projects on the
Create and maintain project idea lists and results
Periodically report results to company stakeholders
Drive ESG projects that pertain to products working with
Engineering design teams to maintain focus on product quality,
proper performance and cost initiatives
Learn and help educate the engineering team on principles of ESG,
circular economy and recycling practices for the North American
Communicate with suppliers and partners effectively to create and
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or
industry experience equivalent
