Salary - $67,000 - $90,000Generous PTO, 401K, Health Insurance Package
In-Depth Engineering seeks multiple Local Area Network Engineers (LAN) to join our team in San Diego, CA. Individuals will support our Aegis Ship Integration and Test (SI&T) program, ensuring equipment is operable, available for testing, and sea trials. All experience levels are welcome to apply.
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 25% TDY travel.
Duties

• 
  System integration, test, and troubleshooting
• Preventative and corrective maintenance for Aegis System Computing Infrastructure (ACI)
• Responsible for equipment suites, setup configurations, equipment interfaces, and data extraction
• Activation and operation of tactical computing environment
• Perform test procedures and documentation (discrepancies, revisions)
• Serve as the System Administrator for the Aegis Weapon System (AWS)
• Fiber optic testing and troubleshooting
• Assist with computer program/equipment changes as necessaryQualifications:
  • 
    Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 8 years of related experience desired
  • Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems
  • Operational/Configuration knowledge of Cisco network hardware/software
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be US Citizen and ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance
