Description:--- Update multiple departments with project updates--- Maintains communication with customers on specifications for water treatment equipment--- Maintains Bill of Materials (BOM) for all manufactured systems--- Water Treatment knowledge in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals for commercial and industrial companies--- Develops production schedule for water treatment installation--- Performs site walkthroughs to ensure specifications meet customer requirements--- Read, analyze, and interpret project plans and blueprintsSkills:understanding of pump valve, flow valve, water process, process engineering, process improvement, pmp certification, mechanical engineering, water treatment system, water treatment, reverse osmosis, membrane filtration, defiltrationAdditional Skills & Qualifications:--- Rigorous analytical skills: able to collect data, perform statistical process control, and process capability analysis--- Reverse-engineer process maps by observing and documenting operational processes--- Familiarity with a variety of Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis--- Strong problem solving skills, and proficient with structured problem solving techniques such as DMAIC, Ishikawa, Five Why (5W) or Eight Disciplines (8D)--- Expert in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement--- Demonstrated talent for implementing process flow improvements--- Strong written communication skills, able to tailor communication between non-technical and technical audiences--- Experience communicating and working with a broad array of business partners (field installers, software developers, leaders, etc)--- ERP Programs--- Identify potential issues and present solutionsExperience Level:Expert Level About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
