Are you an experienced and motivated Process Engineering Specialist
looking for an opportunity to work in a highly regulated
environment such as medical devices? Do you enjoy leading and
executing continuous improvement initiatives using lean and six
sigma principles to improve productivity, yield and quality? If so,

As a Process Engineering Specialist, you will promote and maintain
a culture of safety in all processes and throughout the
organization. You will oversee compliance with regulatory and
internal quality system requirements for process validations, as
well as the implementation of equipment maintenance and calibration
to ensure process control and reduce product risk. You will
streamline, simplify and poka-yoke processes with a focus on
safety, quality, waste reduction and cost improvement.
You will define, implement and maintain standard operating
procedures and work instructions to improve operational
performance. You will lead the definition, execution and reporting
of validations, while also providing technical guidance and project
management to initiatives to improve cost, quality and performance.
Additionally, you will support manufacturing, analyze, test and
evaluate manufacturing processes and generate detailed procedures
and specifications for processes, tools and equipment.
Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and six sigma
principles to improve productivity, yield and quality
Streamline processes and validations for safety, quality, waste
reduction, cost improvement and VAVE methodologies
Execute validations, provide guidance & lead initiatives to improve
cost, quality & performance
Support manufacturing, analyze, test and evaluate manufacturing
processes and generate detailed procedures and specifications for
processes, tools and equipment
Recommend and apply Danaher Business Systems/Lean Manufacturing
tools to reduce process variability and measure performance
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering or
equivalent
5+ years of experience as a process engineer or similar
2+ years of experience in process validations
2+ years of experience leading projects
Experience in Lean Manufacturing tools such as Process Failure Mode
Effects Analysis (FMEA) and formalized problem solving
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a highly regulated environment such as medical
device
PMP or similar certification or project management training
Experience with Process Capability Analysis, Mini-Tab or JMP
Statistical Knowledge
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $91,000 to $130,000. This is the
range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible
compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may
ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may
be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off,

employees.

and availability of any bonus, commission, benefits, or any other
form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a
