Principal Responsible Engineer/Sr Principal Responsible Engineer to
join our team of qualified, diverse individuals.This position will
be located in Rancho Bernardo, CA.The selected candidate will
assist with Datacenter design, documentation, and
upgrades.Essential Functions:Responsible for successful execution,
upgrade and delivery of systemsResponsible for successful
execution, upgrade and delivery of systemsDeveloping engineering
documentation for system configuration and acceptance
testCoordination between teams and IPTs on system deliveries and
hand-offImplement engineering changes to the system as
requiredResponsible for integrating and testing software and/or
hardware systems in complex IT systems.Work closely with Engineers
and Technicians in a lab environment.Good planning, coordination,
and documentation skills are required.Coordinate between internal
teams and external ITPs/end users to define and manage design
interfaces and schedule dependenciesResponsible for managing the
cost, schedule, and earned value of assigned projectsIdentify and
develop mitigation strategies to overcome risks, challenges, and
blockers- Ensure correct processes are being followed to deliver
quality systemsThe selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced
work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse
assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.Basic
Qualifications Principal:Bachelor in STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, Mathematics) related degree with 5 or more years of
related experience OR Master in STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, Mathematics) related degree with 3 or more years of
related experience; OR PhD in STEM (Science, Technology,
Engineering, Mathematics) related degree with 1 or more years of
related experienceActive DoD Top Secret ClearanceAbility to gain a
PARAbility to travel 25% of the timeBasic Qualifications Sr
Principal:Bachelor in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering,
Mathematics) related degree with 9 or more years of related

Range: $104,600 USD - $157,000 USDSalary Range 2: $129,700 USD -
$194,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
