• 100% company-paid health benefitsJob DetailsWe are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Architect to join our team for the $2 BIL Madison Square Garden Globe project in the Engineering industry. As a Permanent Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of this iconic project. You will work closely with a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop plans for the Madison Square Garden Globe project using AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Conduct structural design analysis and provide recommendations for the project.
  • Work with the design-build team to ensure that the project meets all specifications and requirements.
  • Draft designs and create detailed drawings for the project.
  • Collaborate with the commercial design team to ensure that the project meets all marketing and branding requirements.
  • Manage and oversee the construction process to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the project team throughout the construction process.
  • Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are adhered to throughout the project.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in architectural design and construction.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
    • Strong knowledge of structural design and analysis.
    • Experience with design-build projects.
    • Ability to draft designs and create detailed drawings.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
