You'll thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, contributing primarily to the engineering and design of projects catering to healthcare, institutional, and industrial clients. This role encompasses the management of engineering projects, oversight of designers and other specialized disciplines, and active engagement in engineering tasks.In this capacity, your responsibilities will involve:
  • Delivering exceptional technical services to our clients, fulfilling their project and technical support needs. You'll offer technical and project control guidance, acting as a mentor to fellow engineers and designers.
  • Identifying, conceptualizing, and initiating solutions for intricate challenges that necessitate collaboration across multiple disciplines, alongside discipline-specific analytical tools.
  • Engaging in individual or team-based work activities, demonstrating self-sufficiency with limited supervision.
  • Orchestrating work efforts that impact project quality, spanning project control, scope development, proposals, engineering and design, document management, inspection and testing, and commissioning.
  • Reviewing and validating the work of others, while also applying rigorous self-review practices.
  • Tackling routine issues rooted in conflicting or partial information, demonstrating your adeptness in resolution.
  • Collecting data and performing on-site evaluations at clients' manufacturing facilities.
  • Crafting bidding documents for process equipment, fabrication, and construction.
  • Proficiency in reviewing Revit production models and collaboratively contributing to project deliverable creation alongside support staff.Your qualifications align well if you possess:
    • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
    • 10+ years of experience leading and managing projects from start to finish, providing comprehensive HVAC, Control Systems, Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering services
    • A history of engaging with clients and participating in business development endeavors.
    • Profound expertise using Autodesk software like Revit and Navisworks.
    • The capability to grasp, contribute to, and execute strategies that facilitate effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and alliance partners.
    • A background in design engineering firm roles.
