Interventionists to deliver in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
services to children with autism. This role provides an excellent
opportunity to collaborate with a behavior analyst and gain
practical, hands-on experience with a diverse range of cases.At

child's home with parents present; therefore, you will have to
drive to different locations in San Diego County. You will need to
complete training and build a caseload, so part-time hours build
over several weeks.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time,
InternshipPosition Pay Range: $20 - $27 per hourResponsibilities:
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision
of a behavior specialist.
- Engage in interventions in natural settings such as the home,
school, and community.
- Teach the acquisition of language, academic, self-help, play,
and social skills.
- Engage in parent training and parent participation.
- Actively participate in staff training programs.
- Assist in creating instructional materials.
- Accurately record data and session notes.
- Effectively respond to and manage challenging behaviors.
- Open communication with your supervisor and the
family.Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Prior experience working with children or those with
developmental disabilities.
- Prior experience in ABA therapy is preferred, though not
required.
- Personality traits such as flexibility, compassion, energy, and
enthusiasm.
- Willingness to provide high-quality programming for children
and families.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
demonstrating prompt follow-up to inquiries from families and
staff.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
- Pass a criminal background check.Benefit Conditions:
