    • Work well independently.We are seeking Behavioral Interventionists to deliver in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism. Sessions are mostly scheduled during the morning/afternoon and early evenings.We Offer:

You will need to complete training and build a caseload, so part-time hours build over several weeks.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipPosition Pay Range: $20 - $27 per hourResponsibilities:
        • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a behavior specialist.
        • Engage in interventions in natural settings such as the home, school, and community.
        • Teach the acquisition of language, academic, self-help, play, and social skills.
        • Engage in parent training and parent participation.
        • Actively participate in staff training programs.
        • Assist in creating instructional materials.
        • Accurately record data and session notes.
        • Effectively respond to and manage challenging behaviors.
        • Open communication with your supervisor and the family.Qualifications:
          • High School diploma or GED.
          • Prior experience working with children or those with developmental disabilities.
          • Prior experience in ABA therapy is preferred, though not required.
          • Personality traits such as flexibility, compassion, energy, and enthusiasm.
          • Willingness to provide high-quality programming for children and families.
          • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating prompt follow-up to inquiries from families and staff.
          • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
          • Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
          • Pass a criminal background check.Benefit Conditions:
