Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Substation Protection and
Control Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of substation protection and control design
projects
Mentor and manage a diverse team of engineers, designers, and
drafters
Oversee project ownership, including financial management and
resource allocation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Eight (8+) years of direct experience in substation protection and
control design
Proven ability to lead substation design projects effectively
Experience in liaising and collaborating with external clients
Commitment to continuous professional development and obtaining a
P.E. license
