A company is looking for a Staff Backend Engineer for the Bot
Creator Ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Drive projects from ideation to production by collaborating with
cross-functional teams and advising on the product roadmap
Champion user experience and sustainable, scalable code
practices
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers across the
company
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience with large scale codebases and systems,
especially web applications
3+ years of experience in Python or a similar programming
language
Experience leading project teams in a consumer internet or
technology company
Ability to identify opportunities to derisk projects and maximize
ROI
A passion for learning and improving oneself and the team
