A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering (AI
Initiatives).
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and hands-on execution for AI
projects, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring timely
delivery
Champion AI-native development practices and foster a culture of
rapid iteration and high output velocity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define roadmaps and
ensure impactful AI solutions that meet customer needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
5-7+ years of experience in technical leadership and architectural
responsibility
Proven experience in software engineering with hands-on
contributions in system design and architecture
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in
software products
Experience in agile development environments and a proactive
approach to leadership
