Key Responsibilities
Supports the design and configuration of complex system
landscapes
Monitors and tunes systems to ensure optimal performance and
uptime
Provides mentoring and professional development support to
Operations Engineers and Technicians
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IT systems management and
engineering
Expansive knowledge of Microsoft platforms, including Azure and
365
Experience with server hardware, operating systems, and
networking
Proficiency in scripting languages such as CMD, Powershell, and
Python
Experience with VMWare vSphere environments and complex system
implementations
