In this role, you will lead cutting-edge die casting engineering initiatives and drive innovation in mold design, process optimization, and new product introduction. Why join us? Job Details Drive all engineering initiatives for high-pressure aluminum die casting processes. Lead and develop engineering team members to support mold design, tooling upgrades, and NPI. Execute APQP processes including FMEA and Control Plans to reduce defects and enhance product reliability. Analyze and improve manufacturing methods using mold flow simulation tools (QuikCast or equivalent). Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D to improve quality, throughput, and cost. What You Bring: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering preferred. 5 years in aluminum die casting engineering. QuikCast or mold flow modeling experience (strongly preferred). Expertise in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Mastercam. Fluency in lean manufacturing, root cause analysis, and quality systems. Interested in hearing more?
