Job Description Job Description Aerospace Assembler - Overtime
Available Job Description Perform repetitive assembly operations to
mass-produce commercial aircraft interior components, specifically
premium class furniture for commercial aircraft. Work within the
time constraints of the master production schedule and meet
customer requirements. Additional Information: 1st shift:
6:00am-2:30pm (Monday-Friday) Must be flexible to work a lot of
Overtime. They are working 9-10 hours/day Monday-Friday Pay Rate:
$17-$21/hr. Responsibilities Perform assembly tasks using power and
hand tools. Read and interpret detailed blueprints and engineering
drawings. Follow installation procedures as per blueprints and
requirements. Mix and apply adhesives according to manufacturer
specifications. Apply silicone sealant as per requirements. Place
parts in specified relationships to each other. Verify unit
dimensions before installing inserts, rivets, blind nuts, blocks,
angles, doublers, and fittings. Bond, screw, rivet, or attach parts
together. Drill, countersink, and rivet metal or sheet metal parts
as required. Install attachment fittings as assigned. Prepare and
organize tools and parts for use in the manufacturing area.
Requisition parts as needed from the stockroom. Ensure work orders
and traceability books are maintained and completed throughout the
manufacturing cycle. Maintain safe and effective use of all
machines and hand tools. Report any defects to quality assurance
and manufacturing engineers. Promote cooperation and positive
communication with co-workers. Pick up and remove scrap from work
areas. Clean work area, machines, tools, and equipment. Essential
Skills At least 1 year of assembly experience. Ability to read and
interpret detailed blueprints and engineering drawings. Experience
with power tools and hand tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in mechanical production is a plus. Ability to follow
installation procedures per engineering requirements. Why Work

including galleys, closets, lavatories, floor panels, class
dividers, and sidewalls. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to
Hire position based out of Huntington Beach, CA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility
requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to
