As Manager, Enrollment Data Management & Operations Support, also known as Manager, Revenue Cycle at Scripps, you will be responsible for the management and integrity of Scripps Health Plan Services membership data and enrollment program oversight, achieving subject matter expertise for all aspects of program as well as ensuring that IS and operational partners work efficiently and effectively to support the highest level of data quality. You will comprehend complex data files, data specifications and Epic Tapestry functionality and effectively communicate business requirements/changes/operational impacts across involved stakeholders (e.g., insurance carrier technical teams, internal IS teams, operational enrollment team). Perform adhoc analyses of data files to identify and/or trouble-shoot issues as they arise. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with IS team to problem-solve, implement and validate changes. Implement and maintain a quality monitoring program and initiate corrective action plans where needed. Be responsible for enrollment reporting of all value-based membership on behalf of Scripps Health Plan Services, either through collaborating with IS report developers or other resources or through self-development via available reporting tools. Play an integral role in managing, auditing and coaching internal and outsourced resources in support of departmental operational needs. Contemplate when departmental changes impact other departments within the organization and communicate to stakeholders proactively and collaboratively. Maintain a customer-focused mindset, endeavoring to model the highest level of customer service with both internal and external customers. You will also manage new departmental projects from requirements development through implementation. This is a Full Time, Manager position located in 4S Ranch. Required Education/Experience/Specialized Skills: - 5 years in healthcare business operations - Previous experience with data management and reporting - Previous supervisory experience - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills - Strong organizational and analytical skills; innovative with ability to identify and solve problems - Able to adapt, prioritize and meet deadlines Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification: - 2 years in health insurance operations - Previous experience working in Epic Tapestry/Prelude/Business Objects Enterprise Reporting - Previous experience managing a regulated operational department - Previous supervisory experience of entry-level administrative staff - Knowledge of medical terminology, commercial and government health insurance and billing guidelines, ACA requirements, understanding of DRG's, Medical ICD9/ICD10 codes and CPT/HCPC Codes and Modifiers are preferred.
