Fairfield is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help build our recruiting strategy across the business. You will act as a strategic partner for leaders across all groups and functions to identify talent needs, implement sourcing and scaling solutions, deliver innovative programs for diversity recruitment and drive the team to deliver against our bold and dynamic hiring plans.     • Lead Fairfield's recruiting and sourcing strategy with a focus on acquiring top diverse talent to meet our current and future hiring needs
    • Deploy forecasting, reporting and analytics to track key recruiting and sourcing metrics
    • Manage external agencies and recruiters to deliver on our hiring objectives
    • Use information to detect trends/insights and adjust the strategy to optimize the impact of the team
    • Provide expert guidance to our leaders and hiring managers to attract, select, onboard, and retain highly skilled diverse candidates
    • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team while looking for areas of growth and learning We're excited about you because:
      • You are an authentic, inspiring and hands-on leader with experience in driving a recruiting team
      • You have 5+ years of recruiting/sourcing or equivalent business experience, with at least 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams within a diverse and sometimes ambiguous environment
      • You can drive sourcing capability & capacity across a geographically dispersed team within the United States to proactively build diverse candidate pools while leveraging all available talent channels
      • You have managed and overseen hiring for multiple functions
      • You build trusted relationships with people at all levels, across multiple functions and in all geographies
      • You have a bias for action and have an inner drive and fierce commitment to excel in the pursuit of business goals
      • You love seeking out new experiences, knowledge and candid feedback and an openness to learning and change
      • You have the courage to take on difficult goals and bounce back from adversity in the face of challenges
      • You have an understanding of technology (Workday preferred) and extensive experience leading a team
      • You have a strong point of view on how diversity and inclusion play a key role in a company's success, track record of leading teams to achieve diversity recruiting goals and proven success working with internal and external diversity partners
      • You have adaptable and superior communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) at all levels Requirements:
        • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
        • 5+ years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
        • 3+ years' experience building, coaching and performance managing a recruiting team
        • Willingness to both recruit for active open positions as well as manage the team and our overall recruitment process
        • Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research
        • ATS experience including sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
        • Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
        • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects and client relationships
        • Experience creating and analyzing recruiting metrics and taking action based on results It is anticipated this position will start working remote and eventually require in person work at the San Diego office.
