  • Manage and participate in the day-to-day operations for pitch, proposal, and RFP/RFI responses for existing and prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to update and continually improve our creative and innovative pitch and proposal templates, graphics, and other materials for business development purposes.
  • Respond to and qualify inbound leads.
  • Track the results for all relevant pitches and provide reports and recommendations to frame and drive strategic and tactical changes.
  • Provide strategy and thought leadership for business development plans, workshops, training, coaching, project management, tools, and targeting to help attorneys increase their business development effectiveness, more effectively target and attract new clients, and cross-sell legal services. What Will You Bring to the Table?
    • Strong knowledge of marketing, business development, and client services as normally acquired through a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a closely related field, or the equivalent experience. A J.D. is strongly preferred, but not required.
    • Minimum of 8 years' business development or consultancy experience in the professional services industry. Some law firm experience is preferred.
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills.
